DOES AMARU COLLECTIONS PROVIDE RETURNS AND REFUNDS ON ITS PRODUCTS?
Due to the nature of our products, we offer only product exchanges and do not offer returns and refunds.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please take videos and pictures of the product and contact us at amarucollections@gmail.com within 1 day of receiving the order.
The video and pictures of the product must show that the product is unopened and has all the packing intact.
All exchanges will be issued only after the images and videos have been received from the customer and inspected by our team to confirm whether they meet our eligibility criteria above.
