How long will it take for my order to get shipped?
All orders are dispatched within 2-3 days from our warehouse after receiving the order. Delivery estimates range from 2-13 days depending on the location and the shipping option you choose.
Shipping estimates during holidays and busy periods
Shipping estimates might increase during public holidays and busy periods. Customs and postal services may also require extra time for processing and delivery during peak seasons or before major festivals (e.g., Christmas).
Delays and responsibilities
Once the package has been shipped and dispatched from the warehouse, we are not accountable for any delays due to customs, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes, or other delays.
Import taxes & duties
Extra charges like import tax, duties, and related customs fees, if applicable, are determined and charged by the customs office of the destination country. These costs are not covered in the payments you made to us. Please contact your local customs office directly for further details.
