Refund & Returns Policy

We take pride in offering high-quality imitation jewellery, 1 gram gold jewellery, and sarees. Each product is carefully checked before dispatch. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns & Exchange

  • Due to the nature of our products (jewellery and sarees), we accept returns or exchanges only in cases of damage, manufacturing defects, or if you receive the wrong item.

  • No returns/exchanges will be accepted for:

    • Change of mind or dislike after purchase.

    • Slight variations in colour/design due to photography or screen resolution.

    • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

2. Return Eligibility

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via [Your Email/Phone/WhatsApp] with:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos/videos showing the damage or wrong item

  • The product must be unused, with original tags, packaging, and invoice.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

  • If the product is eligible for exchange, we will send you the replacement once we receive the returned item.

  • If the requested product is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or refund.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or wrong.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.

6. No Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched from our store.
