Please contact our team immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. However, we unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order after it has left our warehouse.
Delivery
All orders are dispatched within 1-3 days from our warehouse after receiving the order. Shipping estimates are 2-4 days depending on your location and the shipping option you choose. Please note our fulfillment and shipping estimates depend on the customer location and might increase during public holidays and busy periods.
Please email amarucollections@gmail.com with your order number, including a video and photos of the fault. The pictures/videos of the product must show that the product is unused and has all the tags intact.
Extra charges like import tax, duties, and related customs fees, if applicable, are determined and charged by the customs office of the destination country. These costs are not covered in the payments you made to us. Please contact your local customs office directly for further details.
