3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order value.

  • Free Shipping may be offered on orders above a specified amount during promotions.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp with the tracking number and courier details.

  • You can track your shipment directly on the courier’s website.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct at the time of placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for verification.
